Welcome to Sunny Adult Day Health Care Center!
We’re a licensed and Medi-Cal certified community-based adult services program, providing Hemet, East Hemet, San Jacinto, Menifee, Perris, and surrounding communities with a variety of health, therapeutic, and social services for medically, socially, or psychologically eligible adults.
We are licensed to serve 210 participants daily, complementing the care received at home by offering a special place for your loved one to receive support that promotes independence while providing medically based services.
Our skilled team includes a nursing department, social services department, medical director, physical and occupational therapists, an activity director, a psychologist, a registered dietitian, and a speech therapist. Our passionate team is dedicated to meeting your needs and will provide your loved one with an individualised care plan.
Sunny ADHC is Licensed by the California Department of Health Services and
